In its latest study, the monitoring platform Visibrain distinguishes the most influential luxury brands of the moment and highlights some trends in social media strategy in the luxury sector. What should be remembered?
Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Gucci, leaders of influence
While the Luxury industry reportedly reached a record value in 2023, its presence on social media has not waned. On the contrary: with just over 176 million messages published between June and November 2023, luxury-related content on social media has increased by +35% in a year, as reported by a recent study conducted by Visibrain.
This dynamic is driven by Luxury Houses increasingly inclined to develop their storytelling on these platforms. Among them, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Gucci are in the top three of the 30 luxury houses that generated the most interactions (likes, reactions, retweets) during the same period of analysis.
Louis Vuitton: 25 million interactions
Dior: 17.9 million interactions
Gucci: 8.6 million interactions
Tiffany & Co: 7.6 million interactions
Cartier: 4.7 million interactions
Chanel: 4.5 million interactions
Prada: 4.4 million interactions
Alexander McQueen: 4.2 million interactions
Versace: 4.1 million interactions
Loewe: 3.9 million interactions"
