In a century-old postal hall from where countless love letters and business telegrams once crossed continents, Louis Vuitton staged a cultural experiment that had Shanghai’s luxury consumers queuing in the rain. The French maison’s nine-day “Post Something Interesting” pop-up at Shanghai Postal Museum transformed the historic space into an AI-powered installation where visitors’ digital musings on travel were projected as art across the neoclassical walls.
The nine-day “Post Something Interesting” (邮点意思) pop-up, held at the neoclassical Shanghai Postal Museum on North Suzhou Road, features curated publications, luxury stationery, and an interactive artificial intelligence installation powered by DeepSeek’s large language model. Visitors engage with the technology through a WeChat mini-program to explore themes of travel and memory, with their AI-generated reflections projected in real-time onto digital light installations.
