Demna Hits Us One More Time—With A Britney Spears Collaboration

Demna has given us one last sure-to-go-viral moment at Balenciaga—and this time, it involves Britney Spears. In tandem with the house’s Spring 2026 collection, the departing creative director has released a collaboration with the pop music icon. Launching today, the Balenciaga Music | Britney Spears series includes a limited-edition series of ready-to-wear and accessories, an exclusive playlist curated by Britney Spears, and two remixes of her most iconic works by Balenciaga composer BFRND.

The 12-piece collection includes T-shirts, zip-up hoodies, and silk twill flags featuring a Britney Spears autograph print and two different archival images of the star by Rankin and Steven Klein. There are also baseball caps embellished with pierced brims, jewels, and studs.

Spears also curated a playlist, available to stream on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music, that highlights music from her personal archive alongside songs that have inspired her like “Justify My Love” by Madonna and “Green Light” by Lorde. Additionally, BFRND’s Britney4ever EP will be released under Sony Music and will be available to stream on Spotify and Apple Music via BFRND’s artist page. The French composer and musician behind the Balenciaga sound’s EP features the official release of his “Gimme More” remix—the soundtrack of the Balenciaga Summer 25 Collection—and a new remix of “Oops!… I Did It Again,” commemorating the song’s 25th anniversary.
