Staged on the opening day of Paris Fashion Week, this year’s Grand Dîner du Louvre brought together 300 guests on Tuesday. Now in its second edition, the event raised €1.6 million—€200,000 more than last year—to support the preservation of the Louvre’s heritage.

The reception took place in the Galerie Daru, at the foot of the Winged Victory of Samothrace. Listed on the official calendar of the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, the event was supported by the U.S. multinational, Visa.

On the culinary front, Anne-Sophie Pic, the world’s most Michelin-starred female chef, devised the menu. True to the spirit of fashion week, the evening also gave guests the chance to showcase standout looks. The singer Aya Nakamura, the American singer Sombr, and the British TV presenter and model Alexa Chung all wore Valentino, while the French-Romanian actress Anamaria Vartolomei opted for Chanel.

Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, a leading actress in the iconic series Emily in Paris, arrived in Gucci. Ana Girardot, also an actress known for her role as Mercédès in The Count of Monte Cristo, chose an understated outfit by Coperni.

In addition to the dinner, guests were treated to an exclusive tour of some of the museum’s most beautiful galleries on the theme of "The Louvre at Night".
