A few days after the farewell of Kim Jones at Dior, it's Gucci's turn to announce a major change at the head of its collections with the departure of its creative director. A separation that is visibly effective, since the Autumn-Winter 2025 show, scheduled for February 25 in Milan, will be presented by the creative studio, as specified by the Kering Group, owner of the House.
“I sincerely thank Sabato for his loyalty and professionalism,” says Francesca Bellettini, Kering's Deputy Managing Director in charge of House Development, in a statement. “I am proud of the work accomplished to strengthen Gucci's fundamentals. Stefano (ed. Cantino, Gucci CEO) and the new artistic direction will continue to build on this work and lead Gucci towards a reaffirmation of its leadership in fashion and towards sustainable growth.”
