Tiffany & Co: Bracelets Committed to Ocean Conservation

L'Officiel

21 Oct 2024

Here’s a new opportunity to treat yourself to a collector’s piece, but this time for a good cause. Tiffany & Co. unveils 10 models of the T by Tiffany Smile bracelet, available in 18k yellow or rose gold, with or without diamonds, while the cords are made entirely from plastic bottles discarded in the ocean. For each bracelet sold, $100 or $200 (depending on the model chosen) is donated to The Nature Conservancy.

Since its creation in 2000, the Tiffany & Co. Foundation has made significant progress in its global ocean conservation efforts. The Foundation is a key player in ocean protection, having awarded over $38 million in grants to 44 organizations in more than 30 countries, from Hawaii to the Caribbean, Australia, and the Coral Triangle. This contributes to the United Nations' biodiversity goal of protecting 30% of the planet’s oceans by 2030. Tiffany & Co. Foundation grants have supported the creation and expansion of over 13 million square kilometers of marine protected areas (MPAs)—an area larger than the United States; the completion of 50 Reefs, a landmark study identifying the most climate-resilient coral reefs crucial for conservation and restoration efforts; and the promotion of an Emmy® and Sundance Film Festival award-winning documentary, Chasing Coral.
